RAD Block "ketoneaid" The bee propolisSo one thing to note here is that the RAD Block does not come with any roller rounds. The ones in the picture are just to show you how to store and use the block. With that said, you always have to have a foundation of sorts and the RAD Block is just that. It's the foundation that your body needs when the extra bit of "umpf" is needed or if one's flexibility is a bit inhibited. Don't say we didn't warn you but stretching not only helps with recovery.
