The all-natural ingredients

Lightly dried MACKEREL (1 pc) Yellow pumpkin rich Georgian traditionImagine tender fillets of mackerel, delicately cured just enough to bring out their rich, buttery flavor while keeping the flesh moist and silky. The natural oils glisten under a subtle coat of salt, which enhances the deep umami without overpowering the fish. With each bite, you get that perfect balance of brininess and sweetness, followed by a gentle smokiness and the faintest ocean breeze. It practically melts on your tongue luxurious, yet simple.
