COS Rami Bianco 2019 11.5% (750ml) Bourbon blueberries and liquoriceThe legendary COS collective was founded in 1980 by Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano and make some of the world's most renowned natural wines near Vittoria in the southeastern part of Sicily. This orange wine is a 50 50 blend of Insolia and Grecanico, with glorious aromas of citrus fruit and hints of minerality with excellent depth of flavour with good acidity and a pleasant finish.
