A high-quality native wine
Bernard Defaix, Chardonnay, Bourgogne Blanc, Burgundy, France 2024 women-winemaker as this area once wasThis Bourgogne Blanc comes exclusively from Chardonnay grape, planted on clayey and chalky soils. Chardonnay, now grown all over the world, is native to Bourgogne and shows here its purest expression. The Defaix Bourgogne blanc has a beautiful aromatic structure, a lot of finesse and a great balance. It is a real pleasure wine. Serve with a plate of sausages and ham, cold cuts, mixed salad or of course gougres (another speciality from Bourgogne!).
