September 9 | Kitchen Basics: Knife Skills Kids January 2 | 2:30pm -We've been asked a lot to do a knife skills course. In this class we will talk through the importance of the right knife for safety and the right knife is different for every person. We will talk about sharpening and the importance of a sharp knife and of course learn basic knife skills. We'll use our knife skills to prep a seasonal soup, a grain bowl and more. Included in this class is dinner with a glass of wine, a hands on class and a recipe pack
