Scatterlings Taproot Saison 5.6% (750ml) South London Best London This beer is refermented inA blend of 12 and 18 month oak aged mixed culture saisons, lightly dry hopped at blending and bottle conditioned for four months. This blend has a gentle approachable acidity, paired well with an aged hop character providing some firm tannin structure to keep everything in balance. Notes of grapefruit zest, green tea and mojito.
