The soil consists of "Turckheilm granite" with black and white micas. It is characterised by little water retention capacity. The very steep slopes combined with the granite favour a very quick warming up of the soil. Appearance: beautiful golden robe. Nose: elegant and expressive with notes of over ripe yellow fruit evolving into notes of spices
