Kitaya Junmai Sake 720ml biodynamic Even the scents behave similarlyKitaya is a pure sake made from high quality rice amidst the natural beauty of the Tsukushi Plains in the Yame Region. Silvery, crystal clear glow from this sake, with aromas of damp slate, apricot skins and white flowers. It tastes fresh and spring like, with loads of honeysuckle and other white flowers, and some white peach. Well balanced with a slight bitter almond finish. Medium dry and rich, this is best served chilled or at room temperature.
