2007's Good Bad Not Evil
BALDRUIN documents this darkness
the trance-inducing organ haze of Suicide
the whole world would be murmuring the ecstasy of court's flatterers
At almost 50 minutes of music
SLOAN - Steady LP (colour vinyl) singer-songwriter 2007's Good Bad Not EvilLimited edition purple colour vinyl. Canadian power pop band Sloan's umpteenth album, Steady, ranks among their best. The sound is spare, tight, and punchy, perfectly suiting the group's style (mid '60s Beatles, essentially). To say that there isn't a bad song in the batch is an understatement. All are quite catchy and several of the tunes here are simply great.
