This is old vine Vacqueyras, with vines 55 to 65 years old. All grapes are harvested by hand and de stemmed. The wine undergoes natural fermentation (only using indigenous yeasts) in cement cuves with daily pump overs. Parcels are aged separately in 450 L barrels, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. This old vines bottling is all about smoky
