A sparkling, fruit driven pet nat with a touch of residual sugar. Great to finish a meal or to go with cheese or pudding. Hand destemmed and pressed directly then bottled before fermentation finishes. No added sulphur. Please serve this super chilled and open very carefully, as it can be lively!
