The blend is now made up of 34% aged in our solera puncheons (2 x 500L tawny port puncheons and 2 x 500L sherry puncheons) for 29 months 19 days

and the cream adds a smooth texture for an ultimate summer sipping experience

to the shadow of the angel

the vigorous heating of sugars added deeper color and flavor

It's our ode to their Caf Del Bastardo which was an inspirational beer we enjoyed years before opening Third Moon. The coffee was roasted by our friends @MorningRoastInc. Expect bourbon soaked coffee with layers of chocolate and vanilla
