The Nebbiolo grapes are fermented under temperature control, in order to maximize the wines flowery aromas and natural suppleness. Aging occurs in large oak casks for about 12 months. It is fresh, very fruity and rich of scents. It has a soft and round taste perfect with appetizers, main courses and young cheeses.
