WAVVES - You're Welcome LP goth “Slip Away” and “Duty Calls”

“Slip Away” and “Duty Calls” further fit the bill for moody minimal synthpop greatness

The pen was tearing the paper to shreds and splattering ink all over the window and on the advertisement

Another fine release on great UK label

This is a potential radio hit

WAVVES - You're Welcome LP goth “Slip Away” and “Duty Calls”Includes download code. Limited edition blue vinyl. New LP from Nathan Williams features influences from 1950s doo wop, Cambodian pop, and South American '70's psychedelia. Not a mere homage to the history of popular music; the band has assimilated these influences into its own sonic approach. As a result, even Wavves' familiar inspirations feel invigorated.
