Size 6.5 Starry Night Jasper Ring Necklaces It sits on a doubleStarry Night Jasper is a rare Picture Jasper from Southern Oregon. The mine now sits under a lithium mine, which completely halted the mining of this Jasper and made it inaccessible. What was dug in the past is all that will ever be collected.
