This Fits on the inside of the windshield frame at the top between the sun visor brackets. The 1968 bar has noi holes for the rear view mirror bracket since the 1968 model rear view mirror bracket glues to the windshield. Note this is stainless steel but looks blue in the picture since it still has protective plastic on it.
