McKinley, Ron / Macklin Customs 8' 2/2 5wt Bamboo Rod Gary Howells and prior to the dragFor sale here is a masterpiece presentation rod by Ron McKinley, who made rods under the name "Macklin Customs". This rod is 8 feet with two sections and two tips, based on a Leonard taper and style. Excellent overall condition. Three up node pattern. Includes an amazing scrimshaw insert to the end cap with a Royal Wulff pattern. The action of this rod I would rate as classic medium. The rod weighs 5 1 4 oz. Comes with original bag and tube.
