The bowl is thrown on the wheel and then later altered with 5 vertical "ribs" created by pressing into the clay with his fingers. The clay is allowed to dry for about an hour, depending on the weather, and then the form is altered. A great bowl for decorating or accenting with a splash of vibrant color. For decorative use only.
