Reducing the heat input using the voltage controller will allow for a slower controlled distillation; this makes it easier to distinguish between heads, hearts and tails. Especially useful during pot distillation or vapour infusion spirit runs. It also allows for the ability to then increase heat input as the distillate output slows towards the end of a run. This is
