Originally released in 1980 by Ralph Records. Produced, co written, and performed with The Residents around the same time that the legendary Commercial Album was being made. UK early 80s that sounds a little like Pylon or Pere Ubu but yeah stands on its own. Also makes me think of The The but this predates that.
