BPC-157 Reconstitution Calculator Formula 1 Concentration: Concentration (mg/mL) = Peptide Amount (mg) BAC Water Added (mL) Formula 2 Volume to Measure: Volume to Measure (mL) = Desired Lab Amount (mg) Concentration (mg/mL) Insulin Syringe Units = Volume (mL) 100 Example: 5mg BPC-157 Vial With 1mL BAC: 5mg 1mL = 5 mg/mL (5000 mcg/mL) With 2mL BAC: 5mg 2mL = 2.5 mg/mL (2500 mcg/mL) With 3mL BAC: 5mg 3mL = 1.66 mg/mL (1666 mcg/mL) Quick Reference Table for 5mg BPC-157 Vial: If you add 1mL BAC (Concentration = 5 mg/mL): 0.25mg = 0.05 mL = 5 units 0.50mg = 0.10 mL = 10 units 0.75mg = 0.15 mL = 15 units 1.0mg = 0.20 mL = 20 units If you add 2mL BAC (Concentration = 2.5 mg/mL): 0.25mg = 0.10 mL = 10 units 0.50mg = 0.20 mL = 20 units 0.75mg = 0.30 mL = 30 units 1.0mg = 0.40 mL = 40 units If you add 3mL BAC (Concentration = 1.66 mg/mL): 0.25mg = 0.15 mL = 15 units 0.50mg = 0.30 mL = 30 units 0.75mg = 0.45 mL = 45 units 1.0mg = 0.60 mL = 60 units How to use: Choose your BAC water volume Calculate concentration Divide your target lab amount by concentration to get the volume to pipette
