What Not to Do After a B12 Injection
Vitamin B-Complex + Vitamin C Injection This combined injection delivers a clinically relevant dose of essential B vitamins including B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), and B12 (cobalamin) alongside ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
However, at higher extracellular concentrations compared to intracellular concentrations, thiamine enters the cell by passive diffusion, so that exogenous thiamin supplementation remains effective even when SLC19A3 is dysfunctional
This ensures that the body receives the necessary B12 to support its vital functions, improve energy, and alleviate deficiency symptoms
