It has an intense bouquet of red fruits, sweet spices, and herbal notes. Only 1,450 bottles were produced, and we are fortunate to have received a few! The grapes were hand harvested, partially destemmed, and spontaneously fermented for 17 days before remaining in barrel for a year. The wine was then aged in French oak barrels before bottling.
