Bodenbeschaffenheit: Mornengelnde von eiszeitiger Herkunft, ton und kieshaltiger Boden. Traubensorten: Groppello 35%, Sangiovese 20%, Marzemino 25%, Barbera 20%. Weinbereitung: die Trauben werden handgelesen und in Kisten transportiert. Es folgt die traditionelle Ros Weinbereitung mit sanfter Traubenpressung und kurzem Schalenkontakt.
