Vietti: Perbacco Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 Viani Riesling grapes give the Sparkling100 % Nebbiolo, harvested from various vineyards around Barolo and Barbaresco. Each vineyard is vinified separately the alcoholic fermentation lasts 3 to 4 weeks at 28 to 32 C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and barrique.
