The climatic conditions around Lake Constance are ideal for the ripening of the fruit. The careful processing of the fruit and the gentle distillation process result in a particularly high quality distillate, on the basis of which we produce our fruit schnapps. On the palate it is full bodied and strong with a dense aroma. Lovers of higher proof specialties will
