60's Black Velvet Banded Beret Hat stripped sweater Outer Sleeves: 23" - (includes1960's black velvet beret. Set on a narrow band with a large side bow for embellishment. Interior is finished with a black twill and the standard grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition. Color is a deep flat black but the photos have been lightened to show detail.
