80’s Multi-Colored Silk Dress by Norma Walters 70s velvet dress these earrings are Rococo inThis lovely silk dress from Norma Walters features a blouson top and a very full skirt. The suplice bodice has raglan sleeves that taper into magenta paisley cuffs. It probably had shoulder pads at one time, but these are not present now. Inside the top is a black nylon under pinning, like the top of a slip. The full skirt originates at an elastic waist and comprises several colorful silk fabrics in a variety lengths. The fabrics are all 100% silk.
