Latex and Feather Collar Swimsuit Please list your color preferencesThe base of this collar is crafted with extra thick interfacing, lined with rubber, and then detailed with two layers of extra long rooster feathers. Ties around the back with thick latex straps so it can be work with any garment and is easily adjustable.
