Antique Dobbs Black Beaver and Silk "Topper" Hat by Dobb's Fifth Avenue alpine pine tree There is a stain onearly 1900s Dobb's Fifth Avenue black beaver and silk "Topper" top hat. This hat is in pristine condition I would give it a 9. 9 only because I can't give it a 10 because I don't think anything's at 10. I've never seen one of the stage in this type of condition.
