70's Butterscotch Ruffled Evening Dress red feathers One of the greatest pieces1970's ruffled evening gown. Fabric is a doubled crepe polyester in a dark butterscotch color. Sleeveless wrap, floor length in the back with the shorter front length. Inside has the tie strings for security and a single outside hook and loop. Original belt is missing.
