Fabric feels like grosgrain ribbon, I think it is silk. Art Deco revival with silver bar clasps on each end. Lined in black, 1 slip pocket. LABEL: no labels or makers marks CONDITION: Very good vintage condition for it's age. No holes, stains or bare spots. Interior is very clean.
