60’s Brown Velour Cloche Hat black lace slip Stretch runs 32 - 37Brown velour cloche from the 1960's. Deep crown with a short front and side brim. Hatband is 3 layers of tan, taupe and brown grosgrain ribbon with a large back bow. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. No label. Excellent condition, showing little to no wear or age. The only label is a size tag of 22. Measuring on the inside it is 21 1 2 inches. On the outside, side to side is 19 inches.
