Length is 26 and sleeves are 18 long from top of shoulder to cuff. Pulls on over head with no fastenings. Fabric is very lightweight sheer cotton, unlined. Label reads "Mes Demoiselles". Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are light cream with pink, red, green, white and
