White netted top with shimmery thread throughout. Gem buttons, one of the buttons has lost a bit of its luster but it's not very noticeable. No brand or materials tag. Top is cropped at the waist. Has wide shoulders that may not work for petite sized folks. Measurements Taken Laying Flat Shoulder Seam to Seam: 16" Bust: 20. 5" Waist: 19" and can stretch to
