It's a reversible, 1960's era vest, with an orange fabric side and a green plaid wool side. Buttons on both sides. The colors and cut make me think vintage uniform (grocery store?) but it's really nicely made. Tag inside says: Made from a Frost Line Pattern. Odd. But cool.
