It wont probably be its own deck but almost every deck will use it because its such a great card

Specifically against Affinity, a deck which has recently been seeing more play and has even managed to top 8 the last Modern Challenge, destroying two artifacts very early can prevent them from even playing their Thought Monitor, Thoughtcast, Sojourners Companions and other cards since they will lack the necessary amount of Artifacts to enable Affinity

its mostly useful against Gardevoir and Lost Zone decks, as well as the mirror match

It doesnt matter in the scenarios where youre going to combo off, but I cant think of many combos where an expensive artifact that just prevents damage is going to be an efficient, effective part
