Un-set finance (perhaps flavorfully) flips normal Magic finance on its head

Adventures in the Forgotten Realms even had one just last year with Split the Party having a "Don't" flavor text

Two mana is a lot of mana to need to pay, so you'll often get the Treasure from Smothering Tithe

It also has a secondary ability to draw a card once you have seven or more cards in hand, which pairs beautifully with the high-hand-size strategies this card naturally enables

A counterspell for noncreatures at two mana that also prevents your opponents from casting noncreature spells for the rest of the turn feels pretty powerful, even though its not without its limitations
