Because of the contents of both decks, and the Sultai player's slow start, it should've been all but a foregone conclusion that the UB player would win
It doesn't copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or any Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on
It also has a clear callback to Blasphemous Act as it can be cast for 1 mana if a condition has been met
