This looks like a tight-knit deck out of the box that might gain new pieces over time now that surveil is evergreen, but Id expect most players decks to look very similar post-upgrades

Having this as an activated ability makes it eminently useful, as it can protect any creature you have in play from various shenanigans related to opposing artifacts

Of course the enchantment also affects you but as you know it's coming you can build your deck around it
