blastoise graded card Pokemon Graded: M EX #102 XY Evolutions (2016) Holo PSA 7 1st Ed Blastoise consider grading?

Im still missing a Fire Energy card, not sure if that one poses a greater problem to find but even the one in Rustys video the only one he had was damaged
