You pay 2 mana, tap it, add a charge counter, and then draw cards equal to how many counters it has

Whenever damage is dealt to one of the chosen players, the other chosen player also loses that much life

Or maybe it got sold privately for a different price entirely, who knows

This new set will apparently be the first of several upcoming sets with different thematic concepts, a choice thats been spurred on by the in-universe events of the March of the Machines set released last year
