I will mention that this package did get buffed, as with the new support, it solves the 2 issues that this package had

Void Warp went on creature cards and cosmic cards were all permanents, so we were looking for a mechanic that could go on instants and sorceries

That combination of character recognition and hobby folklore gives Raichu just enough edge to break into the top ten

They were cool, and theres enough opportunity for customization with the different party creature types, but the payoffs feel stagnant and new Magic sets have very little to offer the archetype
