The reason I have Serum Visions ever so slightly higher is that it is still very very close to Preordain in general all round power, it typically gives more overall information as well (if you keep at least one card from a Preordain scry you see one less card overall than you do with Serum Visions or Ponder), but most of all it is becuase Serum Visions affords you the best synergy with top of library effects
Card Set(s) -Anime 25th collection- [EB-02] CARD VIEW EB02-010 | L | LEADER Monkey type Characters, set up to 2 of your DON
It's got a strong 6/5 flying body with ward your foe's have to sac that dork to even target it
You can also look at Mortify or Necrotic Sliver or something for other options
In a big-mana deck like Hydra tribal, you can easily set that X to eight or higher, effectively ending the game on the spot as you cast up to eight enemy spells for free
