Wheel of Fortune may not be available in mono-black, but Dark Deal has a wheel-like effect , forcing each player to discard their hand and then draw the same number of cards minus one

Artifacts can be even harder to remove, and aggressive decks can punish black quickly, especially when its spending life to fuel its game plan

It has some classic spells from MTGs history like Preordain and Mystic Confluence, so it works as a great prebuilt control deck
