The combination of seeing five cards and drawing two is surprisingly potent, especially in formats that have good ramp (Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb) and where the power level between cards varies greatly (singleton formats, Vintage)

While there have only been a few MTG MH3 cards spoiled thus far, they're not lacking for excitement and power level
As long as youve attacked in a turn with them, you can pay two mana to fetch a card from your library and put it on top to draw the next turn
So if you play a creature, and your opponent casts a spell that kills it, but you counter that spell, but your opponent counters that counter, the Stack helps you figure out what exactly happened amidst the chaos of all that spell-slinging
