In some ways, it's not actually an amazing card, since this is a six mana spell that does nothing if you don't have a good board state
Command your army with Ureni, spirit dragon of wisdom, or Eshki, leader of the Temur clan
Together, all of these cards work rather well together, stacking counters with proliferate from Ripples of Potential, and then Mutational Advantage gives permanents you control with counters hexproof and indestructible until end of turn
