As a staple in Merfolk typal decks in Modern, Lord of Atlantis is a cool addition to The List, and given the Merfolk theme associated with the original Ixalan block, seeing this card as a special guest isnt too surprising

There will be a lot of cards like that on this list but they will not tend to be above the 5/10 rating mark

Azorius Control, and Bring to Light Scapeshift are some of the notable decks that can afford to play Chalice in the main deck, but many more decks will have access to it after game one
