Because I wouldn't, or at least I would do it just "for fun" Although there are deck thinners that can help you will indirectly dropping the card count (Upstart, Duality, Card Car D etc.) so I guess the card could become a legitimate thread in decks that don't rely too much on the Extra Deck (Fire Kings, Batterymen?), so in retrospect I think it does deserve a nerf or otherwise the card would be opening a can of worms
