If you're keen on wiping the board and protecting your own stuff, Avacyn, Angel of Hope will give you what you want right in the command zone without needing to draw all those cards
This brings to mind the original Ruby/Emerald starter deck from the First Chapter, and the Mad Hatter card who was at that time one of the strongest three lore characters in the game
